A secret ending scene refers to a secret cutscene that can only be seen when you have completed the main story and certain prerequisites during the game such as completing secondary missions, gathering every treasure from all worlds, completing the game in hard mode, etc. Generally, these scenes are cinematographic animated movies that advance us an important plot arc of future installments of the saga. “The Gathering” is the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts II; the same scene is known as simply “Gathering” in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Sunset Horizons is the piece of backing soundtrack used during the video. The term “The Gathering” first appeared in the Deep Dive video.
Blank Points | Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix
“Blank Points” is the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix. Unlike prior secret endings, “Blank Points” uses game-engine graphics and voice acting, and rather than being a non-canon “hint” at a future game, it is considered the true ending of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.

“Signs of What’s Next” is the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. Like Blank Points, it uses game-engine graphics and voice acting, and ends with the phrase Reconnect. Kingdom Hearts, but does not tease a future game, instead serving as a prelude to the events of Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.
